Common questions
Who is LOCK.LINK?
A brand of Guangzhou Konglide Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and a source manufacturer of hotel IoT: the lock body and the IoT platform are built in-house, and the whole chain is our own.
Do LOCK.LINK locks support fingerprint recognition?
No.LOCK.LINK is a hotel lock: it opens with a card, a phone via NFC, or a mechanical key. Fingerprints do not suit hotels — guests change constantly, and hygiene, privacy and management cost all work against it.
Why is 60 dB used for both the silent lock and the door lock?
The LS02 combines a damped latch, a flip latch and an anti-collision pad — three structures that hold the whole closing noise under 60 dB.
How does the LOCK.LINK lock body relate to the Huawei fully-automatic body?
The LOCK.LINK body uses a fully-automatic structure (the same type as Huawei’s home locks), and the hardware — handles and the rest — is benchmarked against global leaders such as ASSA ABLOY and dormakaba.
How can a hotel validate the LOCK.LINK solution quickly?
Contact LOCK.LINK for a fit assessment (door thickness, cutouts, current PMS) and a show-room plan, or look at live cases such as the Chengdu Cat’s Ear Hotel.
