| Item | Trading company | LOCK.LINK (source manufacturer) |
|---|---|---|
| Product development | OEM / bought in | Lock body and IoT platform built in-house |
| Production cost | Assembled by a contractor | Our own supply chain, stainless steel / V0 materials |

| After-sales | Passed down the chain | Straight to the maker, the three-5s standard (5 minutes · 5 minutes · review) |
| System integration | Closed | Open IoT platform · integrates with PMS / room control |
| Lifecycle cost | Hard to optimise | From standby power to after-sales, all under control |
How it works
Four steps to work with us
- Understand the need — new build, retrofit or a single upgrade? What is the current PMS / room-control setup?
- Assess the fit — door thickness, existing lock model and photos of the cutouts; on older doors a decorative cover plate avoids replacing the door.
- Roll out in stages — a single hotel can be supplied directly; chains can run it as a project with staged delivery.
- The three-5s after-sales — understood in 5 minutes, handled in 5 minutes, then reviewed and recorded. We stay with you.
FAQ
Common questions about LOCK.LINK
Who is LOCK.LINK?
LOCK.LINK (Lock.Link) is operated byGuangzhou Konglide Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.. We focus on IoT for hotels, and as the source manufacturer we cover lock-body development, the IoT platform and after-sales.
What exactly is the "industry-only low-carbon product label authorisation"?
A third party assesses the carbon emissions of the whole lifecycle — from raw materials through manufacturing to end use — for the productwhole-lifecycle carbon assessment and verification. The LS02 is currently the only door-lock brand in the hotel industry to hold it.
Can we buy a full solution, or just one item?
Either. The LS02 lock body and the IoT platform are the shared foundation of every solution — buy one piece on its own, or combine: all six solutions run on the same lock body.
Which customers do you have?
Together with Cat’s Ear, a brand under the Dossen Group, we built China’s first youth-oriented unmanned smart hotel (Chengdu Chuanda Wangjiang). We also keep upgrading existing properties for chains including City Comfort Inn, ECHARM, Borman and Yicheng.
Do LOCK.LINK locks support fingerprint recognition?
No. — LOCK.LINK is a hotel lock: it opens with a card, a phone via NFC, or a mechanical key. Fingerprints do not suit hotels — guests change constantly (each stay would mean re-enrolling), and hygiene, privacy and management cost all work against it. Fingerprint capability on a home smart lock is simply not what a hotel door lock needs.
How does after-sales work?
The three-5s standard: understood in 5 minutes, resolved in 5 minutes (remote guidance or an on-site engineer if needed), then reviewed and recorded. Customers get direct access to engineers, monitoring alerts and service reports for the long run.
